Obituary
Christopher T. Murphy, 62, a lifelong resident of Ridley Park died suddenly at his home on July 17, 2021.
Chris was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1977. He was a pioneer in the special event industry and enjoyed sharing his love of travel and work with his son, Michael and the rest of the M&M family. Christopher was a devoted father, grandfather, husband, uncle, son, brother and friend.
He enjoyed boating, fishing, camping, sharing time with his dogs, Bailey and Cosmo, vacationing and making memories with his family. His exuberant personality will undoubtedly be missed but never forgotten by his loved ones. He will be missed.
Chris was predeceased by his parents, Christopher J. and Irene E. Pattinson Murphy and his sister Patricia A. Murphy-Fowler.
He was father of Michael T. Scheiblein (Jennifer), grandfather of Lucas, Chloe and Holly Scheiblein, beloved husband of Celena Murphy (Spingola)
,
Brother in-law of Geoffrey Fowler, uncle of Danielle and Christopher Saedlo, Joseph, Matthew and Lyla Ortega.
Funeral Service 10 AM Friday, July 30, 2021 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA where friends may call after 9 AM. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
