Obituary

Christine MacIntyre Kuhlberg, 92, of Swarthmore passed away peacefully on January 9, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Holmes before moving to her late residence fourteen years ago.

Mrs. Kuhlberg was employed as a Medical Assistant at the office of Dr. William Gartner, Sr. in Holmes for ten years, retiring in 1974. She was a former member of Holmes Presbyterian Church and enjoyed sewing. She was an avid reader but especially loved being with her family.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Sarah Jane Norcross MacIntyre, the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Anton "Tony" Kuhlberg and the sister of the late Edgar and John MacIntyre, and Charity Founds.

Survivors: her loving sons Robert (Gayle), Lee (Patty Anne) and Gary (Gerry) Kuhlberg, cherished Mom Mom to her seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, also survived by her brother Robert MacIntyre (Evelyn), her sister Sarah Jane Apakian and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 11 AM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call after 10 AM. Burial: Eastlawn Cemetery.
