Charles J. "Stilt" Giltinan, Jr., 65, of Crum Lynne died January 11, 2016 at Taylor Hospital. Born in Chester, he was a son of the late Charles J. and Anne Bingnear Giltinan and resided in Eddystone before moving to his late residence six years ago.

Charles was a graduate of St. James High School, class of 1968 and was employed by Re-Steel for 25 years before retiring in 2005. He enjoyed playing baseball, the Phillies, movies and his beer. Charles loved Lifetime TV and being with family, especially his granddaughter.

Charles was predeceased by his siblings, Jeanne B. Giltinan, John Giltinan and Joseph C. Giltinan.

He was the husband of Agnes Nicklas "Sissy" Giltinan, his wife of 30 years; father of Alfie Giltinan, Karen Giltinan Faust (Jason) and Charles J. Giltinan, III; brother of Barbara Lanholm (Late Carl), Mary Wilkin (William), Alma Hubis (Jerome), Theresa Sharkey (Stephen), Annie McAlpin (Harry) and Irene Duffy (Michael); grandfather of Lilianna Faust; also survived by sister-in-laws, Lynn Giltinan and Joanne Giltinan.
