Charles J. Nardini, 95 of Ridley Park, passed away peacefully in his home on May 13, 2024.
Charles was born in Philadelphia and at the age of two, moved to Luca, Italy. At the age of 23 he returned to the United States, to serve in the US Army during the Korean war.
Charles attended Temple University, finishing with a degree in mechanical engineering.
He settled down in Ridley Park in May of 1969 where he then dedicated his career to Ridley School District. He loved being outdoors, talking about old times and spending time with family and friends.
Charles was predeceased by his parents Sebastiano and Rosa (Pighini) Nardini and the love of his life Michela "Mickey" (Iuliani) Nardini. Charles' absence leaves a tremendous loss to his survivors, his daughter, Rosamaria Nardini, grandson Nicholas Borak (Alyssa), granddaughter Christina Borak, two great-grandchildren Colton and Nadia Borak, sisters-in-law Assunta Giordano, Mary (Vincenzo) Carangelo, Carmela Cuoci and Concetta Iuliani and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation 7 to 9 PM Thursday May 16, 2024 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave, Ridley Park and 9 to 9:45 AM Friday, May 17, 2024 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where a Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
