Catherine Walsh McCarthy, 86, died on December 27th, 2012
. She was born in Chester, PA and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and Immaculata College in Immaculata, PA.
She was employed at Ford Motor Company until she started her family but ultimately coming back to Ford when her beloved late husband Daniel J. McCarthy, Jr., opened a Ford Dealership in 1963 in South Jersey.
Cathy was an extremely loyal friend and enjoyed working as an executive secretary, volunteering her time for church and charity, but mostly being with her family, especially her grandkids. Cathy was extremely friendly and social and so loved chatting with her friends.
She retired to Florida in 1992 and has lived in Boca Raton ever since.
She is survived by her loving children Daniel Joseph McCarthy III (Kathleen), Kevin Walsh McCarthy (Donna) and Kathryn Faith McCarthy; her grandchildren Daniel Joseph McCarthy IV, Devin McCarthy, Gabrielle McCarthy, and Hannah McCarthy.
Memorial Service 11:00AM Friday, January 11, 2013 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston. Visitation after 10:00AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
