Catherine A. Burke 92 of Ridley Park, died on January 16, 2022. Born in Shenandoah, PA, she lived in Philadelphia before moving to Ridley Park in 1963.

Catherine was last employed as an Administrative Assistant at Widener University until her retirement in 2005.

She was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and the Sodality. She was a graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls, class of 1948.
Catherine loved watching movies, especially Hallmark movies and was an avid reader, but most important to her was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter.

Catherine was the wife of the late Charles J. Burke, Sr., her husband of 31 years, who died in 1985, daughter of the late John and Anna Kinsinger Getusky and sister of the late Agatha O'Neill and Gertrude Miller.

She is survived by her children, Charles J. Burke, Jr. and Regina "Jean" A. Juisti (Gary); also, her grandchildren, Amanda Peabody (Ryan), Nick, Carly and Christian Juisti and great granddaughter, Sophie.

Funeral Mass 10:30AM Saturday, January 22, 2022 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:15AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
