Carolyn Bauer McCray 90 of Ridley Park, died June 3, 2015 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Born in Upland, she was a resident of Upland and Pocono Lake before moving to Ridley Park.

Carolyn was a RN at the Chester-Upland School District for 20 years, retiring in 1986 and previously worked at Chester Hospital.

She was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1942, Chester Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1945 and received a B.S. Degree from West Chester University in 1971.

Carolyn was a member of Upland U.M Church, Pocono Lake U.M Church, United Methodist Women at Pocono Lake; the Pocono Mountains Women's Club, Chester Hospital Alumni Association and was a former Board Member of Ches-Pen Health Center.

She was the wife of the late Curtis A. McCray, Jr., who died in 1995, daughter of the late Louis and Jane Anderson Bauer and sister of the late Dr. Robert Bauer.

Carolyn is survived by her children Curtis A. McCray, III (Jane), Louis R. McCray (Susan) and Nancy J. Signor (Jack); her sister Nancy Wolfgang; also eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
