Caroline Joan DeMarco, born on July 19, 1967, passed away on December 8, 2024. Caroline was a beloved daughter of Beatrice DeMarco (Haley) and the late Joseph DeMarco III, Stepdaughter of Doris DeMarco (Holston). She is survived by her cherished siblings, Joseph DeMarco IV, Michael DeMarco and his wife Beth, Gina Gilkeson and her husband Eric, and David DeMarco and his wife Melissa. Caroline was also a devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews, and a proud great-aunt to two great-nieces. Caroline shared a deep and enduring love with Daniel "Danny" Clemens and was a loving presence in the lives of his daughters, Bridgette Clemens and Dottie Jo Clemens.
Caroline served with pride in the New Jersey National Guard for four years. Following her military service, she transitioned into the restaurant industry, where she forged many lasting friendships over the years.
Her family and friends were central to her life, and she found immense joy in their company, especially during music festivals and concerts. A true enthusiast of the Grateful Dead and the Allman Brothers, Caroline's passion for music was infectious and brought people together.
As an ardent animal lover, Caroline dedicated herself to the welfare of animals, ensuring they were treated with kindness and respect. Her beloved cats, Squirtle and Cassidy, were constant companions, reflecting her nurturing spirit and love for all creatures.
Caroline's life was a testament to her vibrant spirit, her love for family, and her unwavering commitment to the causes she held dear. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.
