Carl Sosna 94 of Milmont Park, died February 18, 2015 at Park Lane at Bellingham.

Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Havertown before moving to his late residence 54 years ago. He was a Personnel Director for Western Electric.

Carl was a member of Chambers Memorial Presbyterian Church, where he served as Elder and Deacon. He was a decorated WWII veteran, serving in the Battle of the Bulge and D-Day at Normandy. Carl loved traveling and family camping throughout the USA and the National Parks. Most important to Carl was his devotion to his family, his Country and his God.

He was husband of the late Virginia B. Sosna, his wife of 58 years, who died in 2003; son of the late Rudolph and Estelle Becker Sosna and brother of the late Rudolph Sosna.

Carl is survived by his children Carl R. Sosna (Barbara), Karen H. McLoughlin (Gary) and Kristin A. Rohr (Walter); also 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorial Service 11:00AM Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Chambers Memorial Presbyterian Church, Two E. Sylvan Ave., Rutledge, PA 19070 where friends may call after 10:00AM.
