Bernice Lum Jones, of Essington, died January 6, 2015 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Alice Ching Lum and moved to Essington in 1948.
She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque R.C. Church.
Bernice is survived her husband of 67 years, Paul T. Jones; her children Paulette T. Jones-Holian (Andrij), Paul T. "Tom" Jones, Jr. (Lucille), and Peter T. Jones (Lisa); brothers Gerald Lum and Herbert Lum; also four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Funeral Mass: 10:00AM Saturday, January 10, 2015 at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque R.C. Church, 500 Wanamaker Ave., Essington, where friends may call from 9-9:45 AM.
Burial: Private
