Barbara L. Kisner Symons, 78, of Eddystone died October 16, 2016 at her home. Born and raised in Cameron, WV, she was the daughter of the late Bruce Alley and Eathel Kisner and moved to her late residence 63 years ago.

Barbara was a graduate of Eddystone High School, class of 1955 and the Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed by Belvedere Nursing Home as an LPN and previously worked for Taylor Hospital and Wallingford School District. Barbara was a member of Eddystone Methodist Church and loved sewing and doing crafts. She was a Homeroom Mother at Eddystone Elementary School during her children and grandchildren's years. Barbara loved children and especially her own and her grandchildren.

Survivors: loving mother to Lynda Harrison (Robert), Frank Symons(Donna), Elizabeth Freeman (Dan) and Manda Cash; loving companion to Robert Haynie; also nine grandchildren

Visitation: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078
