Barbara S. Reagan, 86, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025 at her daughter's home in West Chester. She was born in Upper Darby and was the daughter of the late Arthur Smith Sr. and Dorothy Burk Smith McKinnon. Barbara was a resident of Ridley Park for over 50 years and had previously lived in Cape May, NJ.

Barbara was a graduate of Upper Darby High School, class of 1956. Prior to her retirement, she worked for many years as a Lunch Aide at Lakeview Elementary School in the Ridley School District, as well as at Swiss Farms. Barbara was a skilled artist with the ability to draw anything. "Barbara June," as she was commonly known, will be remembered as the "Best Mom" by her children and the "Best Mommom" by her grandchildren.

She was the loving wife of the late Francis X. "Frank" Reagan Sr., mother of Cynthia B. Garrison (Russ), Barbara A. Carosi (Harry), Dorothy G. Rodgers (Bill) and Francis X. Reagan Jr., sister of the late Phyllis Knowles, Caroline Shelley and Arthur K. Smith Jr. Barbara was the doting grandmother of Christina B., Joseph (Nina), Danielle, Gabrielle, Barbie, Christina C., Billy, Jacqueline, Kaitlin, and Frankie, great-grandmother of Alex, Shay, Lylah, Gage and Aliyah. She is also survived by her beloved dog Zoey.

Visitation 6-8 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2025 and after 9 AM Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where a Funeral Service will begin at 10 AM.  Burial Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
