Barbara L. Jones, 84, of Springfield died May 11, 2017 at her home. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Ernest and Frances Elizabeth Cotter Jones. Barb previously resided in Secane for 10 years before moving to her late residence in 1964.

Barb was a graduate of Upper Darby High School, class of 1951 and the Crozer Hospital X-ray Technician Program in 1971. She was employed by Westinghouse Corp. for 16 years before retiring in 1968. Barb previously worked for Taylor Hospital. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints where she was involved with Compassionate Service. Barb enjoyed gardening, embroidery, reading and the Ridley YMCA, but most important was her family.

Barb's family would like to thank Main Line Hospice Nurses and Aides for their loving care during these past 17 months.

Sentman; grandmother of Candice M. Barber, Nicole M. Sentman, Justin Burns, William F. Sentman, Danielle L. Sentman and Jaclyn D. Sentman; and great grandmother of Byron T. Boyer, Bryce T. Boyer and Ava M. McKeown
