Barbara A. Greco, 71, of Ridley Park died March 17, 2021 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Antoinette "Toni" Pileggi Greco.

Barbara was a graduate of St. Madeline Catholic School and Cardinal O'Hara High School, class of 1967.  She was employed as a Business Administrator for the University of Pennsylvania before retiring in 2004.  Barbara loved Mickey Mouse, the casinos, Rod Stewart, Smokey Robinson and buying shoes.  She was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoyed eating out.  Barbara was known for taking cupcakes for the kids to parties and family gatherings.

She is survived by an uncle, aunts, several cousins, friends and her loyal friend and caregiver, Margaret A. "Peggy" Milligan.
