Barbara A. DuBois, 82 of Maris Grove and formerly of Coatesville died on January 7, 2025.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Frederich C. and Mary Bockius Bertele.
Barbara was a graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls, class of 1961 and before her retirement she was employed as an Assistant Manager of the Chichester Office of Wells Fargo Bank.  Barbara enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.  She also loved sewing and made clothing and costumes for her children and grandchildren.  Barbara was very supportive of her husband Jack during his studies of Deaconate and more than anything loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was the loving wife of 63 years to Deacon John J. "Jack" DuBois, mother of John J. DuBois (Shelly), Maryanne Bourque (Christopher), Daniel DuBois (Candace) and Timothy DuBois (Sherri), sister of Kathryn Daly and the late Mary Fithian and Frederick Bertele, grandmother of Jessica, Nicole, Katie, Caroline, Elizabeth, Morgan, Mylea, Mallory, Alyssa and Jamie and is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 11 AM Thursday, January 16, 2025 at The Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston where relatives and friends may call 9:45 to 10:45 AM.  Burial will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
