Of Ridley Park, PA. Husband of the late Ruth Hipkins (nee Hines), survived by his wife Dorothy Hipkins (nee Guantt). Father of James Hipkins (Sherry), George R. Neely (Beth), Harriet William (Bill), Robin E. O'Toole (Kevin) and the late Nelson Hipkins. Brother of Nelson Hipkins, Dorothy Fowler and the late Harvey Hipkins, Walker Hipkins, Elmer Hipkins, Gladys Hipkins, Pearl Hipkins, Ruth Hipkins and Mildred Fizzano. Also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service 10:30 AM Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078. Visitation 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial Private.
