Of Media, PA. Husband of Bernadette C. Carney (nee Headley), father of Anthony M. "Tony" Carney, Jr. (Kathy), Joseph T. Careny (Yolanda) and Helen A. Backer (Chris), brother of John Carney and the late Mary Basara and Helen McHale. Also survived by seven grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 11 AM Saturday, April 19, 2008 at The Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Road, Aston where friend may call after 10 AM. Burial Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
