Anne Opalinski Woronicak, 93 formerly of Chester, died September 22, 2013 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Anne last worked at Crozer Chester Medical Center, retiring in 1981.

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church. Anne also loved cooking and traveling with the St. Rose Seniors. Anne was a survivor of the Great Depression and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was wife of the late Marion J. Woronicak, daughter of the late William and Xenia Bronicki Opalinski, sister of the late Andrew and Paul Opalinski and grandmother of the late John J. Woronicak.

Survivors: her children John W. Woronicak (Barbara) and Marian A. Friel (late Larry); grandmother of Stephen and Thomas Woronicak, Tiffany Burns, Starr Messer and Melissa Friel; great grandmother of Andrew, Joshua, Lucas, Ty, Valerie and Donovan.

Funeral Mass 10:00AM Thursday, September 26, 2013 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone where friends may call from 9 to 9:45AM. Burial Eastlawn Cemetery.
