Anne M. Spielman (nee Smith), 79 of Ridley Park died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 12, 2024.  She was born on December 14, 1944 in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Leo and Anna Crilley Smith, she lived in Southwest Philadelphia before moving to Ridley Park.

Anne was a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School, and retired after a long successful career at Glaxo Smith Kline where she made many lifelong connections and friends. She loved the Jersey Shore and going to the beach in Sea Isle City, she was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, but most important in her life was spending time with her grandchildren.

Anne was the loving wife of 40 years to Harvey J. Spielman.  She is survived by her sister Joan and her husband Gary Calvin, and her sister Annette Denton (late Dave Denton).  She was the devoted mother of Robert Breen (late Patty Morrow Breen), Susan Lamb (late Stephen Lamb), Lee Anne Lezotte, Patricia Volpe (Thomas) and Michael Breen (Rachel), cherished Mom-Mom of Stephen Lamb, Jimmy McGee, Kristy Adams (Mark), Tiffany Breen, Ryan Smith, Melissa Dawson (Nate), Shawn Smith (Amber), Joshua Breen (Samantha), Alex Volpe, Cullen Breen, Grace Lezotte, Dylan Breen, Morgan Whittington, Wyland Spielman and the late Dana Volpe and Alex Spielman, she is also survived by Harvey's children Tara Marie Felici (George), Christopher J. Spielman and Karin Spielman as well as twelve great-grandchildren.

Anne will always be remembered for her kind, loving and generous heart.  She was a reliable and loyal friend and had the most infectious laugh.  She was a dedicated worker and was a women of character and determination.  She will be truly missed and remain in our hearts forever.

Visitation 10 AM followed by Funeral Liturgy 11 AM Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park.  Burial Private.
