Anna R. McNamee of Ridley Park, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Crozer Chester Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.


Born in South Philadelphia, Anna attended Hallahan High School but lived in Ridley Park for more than 57 years.


Preceded in death by her beloved husband Frank, she is survived by her sister Catherine Brodeur, her four daughters: Nancy Hart, Patricia Ryan(husband Thomas), Eileen Capriotti (husband Joseph), Janice Gretzmacher (husband Robert) and her two sons: Francis McNamee (wife Helene) and John McNamee (wife Patricia). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great children.



Anna thoroughly enjoyed life and truly appreciated the kindness of her neighbors. She enjoyed shopping and gardening but her passion was spending time with her family.



Funeral Mass 12Noon Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at The Church of St. Madeline, Penn St. and Morton Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call from 10:45 to 11:45AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
