Obituary

Anna G. Carfagno Aquilino, 88, of Ridley Park, died April 18, 2020 at Broomall Rehab & Nursing Center. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Consolata Gilletti Carfagno and resided in Darby and Secane before moving to her late residence in 1995.

Anna was a member of the Church of St. Madeline, the Red Hat Society and the Ridley Park Seniors. She loved doing ceramics, crossword puzzles and spending time in Ocean City, NJ, but most important was her family. Anna cherished time babysitting grands and great grands.

She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Francis J. "Frank" Aquilino, who died July 16, 2008; and her brother, James Carfagno.

Anna is survived by her children, Maryann Erieg (Ray), Francis "Bud" Aquilino (Theresa) and Sandy Buck (Bill); her brother, Joseph Carfagno; also, five grandchildren, Dana, Rachael, Stephanie, Daryl and Erica and six great grandchildren, Haley, James, Audrina, Joseph, Connor and Samantha.

A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date due to the Coronavirus situation.
