Ann D. McColgan (nee Stenz), 94 of Ridley Park died on October 27, 2024 at her home.  Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Joseph and Hannah O'Brien Stenz, she lived in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia before moving to Ridley Park in 1957.

Ann was a graduate of John Hallahan High School, class of 1947.  She was a member of the New Life Club and the Church of St. Madeline in Ridley Park where she was also a member of the Sodality.  The most important part of her life was her loving family and many friends.

She was the loving wife of the late Joseph G. McColgan, mother of Michael J. McColgan (Angela T.) and Daniel J. McColgan (Colleen), grandmother of Matthew McColgan (Jessica), Jonathan McColgan (Valerie), Melissa Frank (Daniel), Caroline McColgan and Allison McColgan, she is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and was predeceased by her twin sister Eleanor McDevitt and her other siblings Agnes Coffey, Joan Delaney, Marie Kane, John Stenz and Joseph Stenz.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Saturday, November 2, 2024 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM.  Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
