Ann M. Henderson (nee Catania), 49 of Wallingford died on October 15, 2024.  Born in Chester, the daughter of the late Charles J. and Barbara A. Gessig Catania, she lived in Secane before moving to Wallingford 16 years ago.

Ann was a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, class of 1993 and then went on to receive a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.  She worked for the family business, Catania Engineering, as a Municipal Engineer for approximately 10 years before pursuing the only career she ever truly wanted, to be a mom.

Following in her mother's footsteps, Ann was an avid volunteer for clubs related to her children's activities.  She served in several leadership roles, including President, of the Main Line Mothers of Multiples Club.  She was a Girl Scout Troop Leader and the Treasurer for Troop #573.  She served on the Fundraising Committee for the Delco Training Center and was an active fundraiser for the Eagles Autism Foundation, as well as an active participant in the Eagles Autism Challenge 5K annually.  She was a Swim Mom for the Rose Valley Swarm Swim Team, as well as a meet volunteer for the Ridley YMCA Rays Swim Team and Rose Valley Dive Team.  She was also an avid supporter of the Delco Gymnastics Team, the Swarthmore Soccer Club, and Cub Scout Troop 605, always helping these groups out whenever needed.

Ann was a Philadelphia sports fan, in particular the Phillies and Flyers, but especially of the Villanova Wildcats Men's Basketball Team. She was very creative and enjoyed crafting with, and for, her children.  She also enjoyed reading.

Ann was the loving wife of 16 years to Charles R. "Chuck" Henderson, mother of Juliana M. Henderson, Maura G. Henderson, Joshua C. Henderson and the late Christian Z. Henderson, who sadly was lost during her pregnancy. Sister of Charles "Chuck" Catania (Renee), Elizabeth "Lisa" Catania, Diane Catania Pratt and Sharon Kelleher (Andy), she is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation 6:30 to 8:30 PM Monday, October 21, 2024 and 9:00 to 10:30 AM, Tuesday October 22, 2024 at St. John Chrysostom R.C. Church, 617 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford where a Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM.  Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
