Ann Austin, 76, of Media died on November 17, 2023 at her home.  Born in Woodlyn, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Diamond Lynam, she lived in Lima before moving to Media in 1996.

Ann was a graduate of Ridley Township High School, class of 1965 and was employed as a Teacher's Assistant at Glenwood Elementary School in the Rosetree Media School District for 40 years before retiring in 2018.  She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Woodlyn.  Ann was an avid reader and devoted caregiver to her son.  Ann enjoyed bowling, dancing, playing Rummy with her mom on Saturday nights and weekly trips to the Granite Run Mall with her sister.  The most important part of Ann's life was her loving family, espeically her cherished grandchildren, neices and nephews.

She was the loving mother of Sondra Kay Onick (Gary) and Craig Thomas Austin, sister of James Lynam and the late Kathryn A. "Kay" Nevin, grandmother of Brayden Patrick, Ryan Joseph and Trevor Onick, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service 11 AM Monday, November 27, 2023 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.  Burial Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
