Anita P. Horne

Anita P. Horne (nee Brennan), 75 of Linwood died on May 13, 2026. Born in Ridley Park, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Agnes Dowling Brennan.

Anita was a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Girls, class of 1969 and had been employed as a caregiver for Community Care Link for 10 years before her retirement in 2016.

Anita loved caring for her plants and her beloved cat Keeper. She enjoyed being outside and, in the sun, especially during her years in Ventnor, NJ. She loved her family, especially her cherished children and grandchildren.

She was the mother of Raymond J. Horne, Jeffrey B. Horne and Kymberly A. McGill (Michael), sister of Joseph Brennan and the late Frank Brennan, Mary Fetter and James Brennan, grandmother of Amanda, Raymond, Kaila, Torrie and Michael and is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held privately.
