Alice M. Klimkosky Dargay, 84 of Aston died May 24, 2014 at Rose Court at Maris Grove. Born in Beaver Meadows, PA, she was daughter of the late Peter and Susan Kochansky Klimkosky.
Alice was a graduate of Hazelton High School, class of 1947 and was employed as an Administrative Assistant by the Penn Delco School District for 25 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church and was a former member of Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church. Alice volunteered at Assisi House and loved traveling, gardening, baking holiday foods and vacationing with her grandchildren. She was a member of the St. Thomas Golden Age Club, the Aston Seniors and Public School Employees Retirement System.
She was wife of the late George Dargay who died January 31, 2001 after 53 years of marriage and sister of the late Olga, Joseph, William and Louis.
Survivors: her sons George P. (Eileen), John A. (Sharon), David D. (Wendy) and Mark A. (Robyn) Dargay, grandmother of Ashley and Emily Dargay, Jay DeFeo and Colleen Brookover, also two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Wednesday at St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd. Chester Heights, PA where friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM. Burial: SS. Peter& Paul Cemetery.
