Alfreda M. Binowski Keenan, 85
Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother
Alfreda M. Binowski Keenan of Milmont Park, died November 17, 2011 at the Taylor Hospice Residence. Born in Camden, NJ, Mrs. Keenan lived in Oakland, NJ prior to moving to her late residence 58 years ago. A homemaker, Mrs. Keenan had previously been employed as a secretary for Ridley Township and Swarthmore College. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, the Sodality and OLP Seniors.
Alfreda was daughter of the late Joseph and Katarzyna Danek Binowski, sister of the late Lucy August, Marie Wozniak, Peggy Conn, Nellie Mattera and Wanda Binowski.
Survivors: her husband of 61 years, James T. Keenan, mother of James T. Keenan, Jr. (Luana), Patrick J. Keenan, Katherine Mangene and Michael J. Keenan, sister of Leonard Binowski and grandmother of James D. Keenan, Violet and Jasmine Mangene.
Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Saturday at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Avenue, Milmont Park
Visitation: after 9:30 AM at the church
Burial: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery
