Alfred A. Giomboni, 70
Of Morton, died November 28, 2010 at Thomas Jefferson Neurological Hospital. Born in Plains, PA he was son of the late Victor and Elizabeth Biccheli Giomboni.
Mr. Giomboni has lived in Morton since 1998 and previously lived in Wallingford. He graduated from Ridley High School class of 1958 and attended PMC Evening Division. He was the founder of Pappou's Pizza Pub in 1979 which is still operated by family members, and previously worked at Sun Ship Building & Drydock and also Boeing Company. He was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church and was a loving, kind and devoted husband, father and pappou.
Mrs. Giomboni was brother of the late Gina Dibble.
Survivors: Wife of 49 years Anna Giomboni (nee Kirifides), children Victor Giomboni (Caroline) of Springfield, Maria Anagnostakos (Paul) of Newtown, PA and Elizabeth Lavaseur (William) of Springfield. Pappou of John, Anna, Alfred, Paula, Carly and Joni.
Visitation and Funeral Service: 1 PM Thursday at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Road, Media (Middletown Township), PA 19063 where friends may call after 12 noon.
Burial: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery
